No, at this time we only accept private payment but do everything we can to help patients manage appointment costs.

Yes, we offer virtual mental health visits for patients. 

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has extended telehealth flexibilities that allow medical practitioners to prescribe controlled medications to individuals via telehealth visits without the need for an initial in-person evaluation through December, 2025.

We can help with FMLA paperwork, leave forms, and other accomodations (e.g. ESA letters) upon request. Each form completed has a $25 fee and requires advanced notice of at least one week.

Charter Psychiatry treats a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, ADHD, grief, insomnia, and post traumatic stress disorder. We do not manage active alcohol or substance use disorder requiring medically supervised detox.

We do not provide urgent or emergency mental health services after business hours. If you are experiencing an emergency, please go to the nearest ER or call the 988 mental health crisis line.
